Hey there!
My name is Noah. I am a therapist because we are not meant to do life alone. No matter what you are experiencing, big or small, you can bring that to counseling. I work with adults, families, and couples in trauma, marriage difficulties, and various other emotional and behavioral difficulties.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. My Masters degree is in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I am trained in EMDR through EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I have helped clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, religious trauma, and other difficulties and adjustments. I believe therapy should be a positive experience, even if it sometimes takes great courage. I have helped clients using brief, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered approaches, as well as couples with emotion-focused techniques and Gottman Method therapy. I have seen clients become able to live authentically and compassionately, love their own bodies and selves, and connect to their community and world.
Iām a local to the Tampa Bay area. When not seeing clients, I participate in meditation, activism, and I love reading, tea, and animals.
